The SGS roof edge protection is the new fall protection system for a sloping roof. The SGS roof edge protection has the highest possible qualification EN 13374 class C and TÜV NORD 2400-A-480. As a result, this fall protection system may be used on sloping roofs with a slope up to 60 degrees.

The SGS roof edge protection consists of the following components:

1. Upright: The roof edge protection is supported by sturdy uprights placed at regular intervals along the roof edge. These uprights provide stability and strength to the system.
2. Railing frame: Horizontal handrails are attached to the uprights. The railing height is approximately one meter. This railing prevents persons from falling over the roof edge.
3. Edge board: A wooden edge board is installed at the bottom of the railing. This board seals the gap between the gutter and the railing. It also prevents materials or tools from falling off the roof.
4. Hook Bracket: The hook bracket allows you to securely attach the system to the roof. The hook brackets provide a safe and stable anchorage of the roof edge protection.
